About Mariana Voss

I have been reading natal charts professionally for over fifteen years, and for most of that time one complaint kept resurfacing in my consulting room: every Saturn return calculator my clients tried gave them a different answer. One tool said their return started at 27. Another said 29. A third asked for their email address before it would say anything at all.

So I helped build this one, and I hold it to the standard I hold my own chart work. The calculator on the homepage computes Saturn’s real geocentric position from orbital mechanics, accurate to roughly one to two arcminutes. It finds the exact dates Saturn crosses your natal degree, including the retrograde passes most tools skip entirely. It runs in your browser, stores nothing, and never asks who you are.

How I work

My practice sits somewhere between the traditional and the empirical. I take the symbolism seriously because I have watched it describe my clients’ lives with uncomfortable precision, and I take the astronomy seriously because symbolism built on wrong dates is just noise. Before anything on this site makes a factual claim about where Saturn was or will be, it gets checked against computed ephemeris data. When something is tradition rather than measurable fact, the page says so plainly.

I went through my own first Saturn return the way most people do: convinced I had planned for it, and wrong about that. It ended a career path I had spent six years building and started the one I am still in. That experience is why the guidance on this site refuses the doom-content framing. Saturn returns are demanding. They are not punishments.

What this site promises

Questions, corrections, or a chart story worth telling? I read everything sent through the site. Start with the guide to what a Saturn return actually is, or go straight to your dates.
